Founded in 1854, Fertile Acres Farm has been owned and operated by seven generations of Fitches. Originally a dairy farm, Bruce and Claudia, their son Bob and his wife Christine now sell grass-fed beef. That means their cows have been born, raised and finished on grass only. Their herd originated as a dozen Scottish Highlanders, and has since been cross-bred with Red Angus. The resulting beef is tender, juicy and healthier than what you can find in your local grocery store!
